Kale is one of the world’s healthiest foods, but it’s hard to get some members of the family to try it- here’s a way to make it that is sure to please everyone!
Kale Chips
Wash and thoroughly dry one bunch of dinosaur kale
De-rib the kale and tear into good size pieces
Put pieces in a bowl, season with sea salt and drizzle with coconut oil.
Mix well and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes. turning once, halfway through.
Keep your eye on them and remove from oven when crunchy and a little brown.
They crisp up like chips and are so tasty!
That's a great idea! I had a ton of unused kale after my last purchase and didn't have a plan for it (so it sat in the fridge for ages). I'll try this next time!
